R. Hollis Klett, PH.D. - President and Chief Executive Officer:
Hollis joined Nutrition Service Associates and Xtra Factors in 1974 as a consulting nutritionist.
Being responsible fro the development of the Southwestern territory, he has been involved in all aspects of
animal nutrition and management consulting. A recipient of degrees from Texas A&M University and Oregon
State University. Prior to joining NSA he was a Professor of Animal Science at Louisiana State University
and Texas Tech University. Hollis also has a great deal of foreign experience as he has served as
consultant to numerous global nutrition projects in Mexico, Africa, the Middle East, as well as most
recently in Japan.

L. Scott Schake, PH.D. - Nutritionist:
With a Ph.D. in Animal Science and a Masters in Agriculture from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of
Science degree from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas, Scott was hired by Nutrition Service
Associates in 1994. Scott has a strong background in research. He is located in Okotoks, AB Canada.

Chris E. Heddins, PH.D. - Nutritionist:
Chris has a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Tech University, Lubbock, Texas, in Animal Science
and a Master of Science in Animal Nutrition. A Ph.D. in Nutrition from Texas A&M
University, College Station, Texas. He was a research assistant at both Texas Tech University and Texas
A&M University. He worked as a nutritionist with Farr Better Feeds in Garden City, Kansas providing
nutritional services and protein supplement sales to feedlots and ranches. Chris was hired by NSA in 1991
and is located in our office in Greeley, Colorado where he is engaged as a beef cattle nutrition consultant
to operations in Colorado, Kansas and Canada.
